Beds were very comfortable and 2 pillows were presented (smaller and softer, other is bigger and a bit more stiff, for different preferences and I was very happy about it). There is coffee machine, choice of teas and in the bathroom shampoo and shower gel "Rituals" it's my favourite brand as I use it at home, so I felt like at home. Location was very convenient for us as hotel has a parking (we were driving near by different cities, so parking was very important) and once when we went to the city centre we took a tram (just 5 min walking), so it's very convenient with car or without. Staff were very friendly and helpful, in the restaurant we had a dinner (waiters are super nice, friendly and professional). We are very happy with our stay, 100% recommend to others and we will definitely come back :)

We used the hotel as a stop over on our way to our holiday home. The staff we extremely friendly, and accommodating we had driven most of the night and were able to check in early with our baby and get some sleep. Hotel is clean and beds were comfortable. Pool looked great, although we didn’t use it due to weather. I have to give major credit to the water machine in the lobby, it was fantastic to have ice cold water both still and bubbly. Perfect place to fill water bottles day and night. Never had this in a hotel but I really appreciated having it. Hotel is right beside a tram stop, you don’t hear the trams but it’s perfect to have and gives a direct line to Bordeaux.

I was so impressed with the staff when we arrived the rooms were on different floors I requested change to our preference and we had adjacent rooms the next morning. The premises are kid friendly with a tech and games room our two kids loved it and the pool was perfect. Rooms comfortable and air conditioned. A great bar and cocktails! Adjoins a beautiful lake and a beach.. Adequate car parking and very easy access to the light rail.to the city centre. Breakfast was well presented and a great selection ( Id like more fresh veggies and fruit)

Great place to stop for the night on route with kids. great pool and facilities. Brilliant staff – I accidentally booked for the following Friday which was stressful mistake to make as we arrived late with an 8 year old. But the fantastic member of staff sorted my booking with finesse (not making me feel like an idiot) and managed to rearrange it despite a packed out hotel. Love the way the hotel is so cool and family orientated and that the kids eat for free.

The food in the restaurant was good, with options for both kids and vegetarians. Our kids particularly enjoyed the games area, with chess, and Xbox and table football, as well as the pool! Convenient location for travel by tram into the city centre, and very useful to have a hotel with parking.
